For all question regarding POST SURGERIES we will require you to call the number list on the back of your surgery form for all after hours emergencies.  

If your pet needs an appointment please call the clinic.

Due to the current amount of appointment request we are receiving, we will no longer be accepting appointment request via email. Once the current backlog of request have been process we will once again start accepting appointments via email and this form. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please call 304-736-8555, to set up you pets appointment and remain on the line. We are experiencing a larger than normal call volume as well, making wait time averages around 15 minutes.
